Momentum accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), as well as PayPal.
Production time
Typical production time is approximately 1-3 days from the time payment is received. This time does not include shipping time, so please plan accordingly.
If you need your order shipped more quickly, please select the Priority Shipping (increased fees) option at checkout.
Large custom orders require a longer production time. For these orders, Momentum will be in communication regarding estimated production & shipping times.
Custom Orders
Have a favorite phrase or quote? A meaningful saying for yourself or loved one? Then you need a custom saying! Please be aware that our typical production time is approximately 2-3 days from the time payment is received. This time does not include shipping time, so please plan accordingly.

Warranty
All jewelry components for all products are under warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. Pieces sent back for repair will be inspected, polished and all components checked and tightened after the repair is made. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Please note that Momentum is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to normal wear and tear. Additionally, NO jewelry should be worn in chlorinated swimming pools! Pool chemicals are very harsh - if it can eat your swimsuit, it will destroy your jewelry too!
Refund Policy
Momentum strives to make certain every customer is satisfied. In the unfortunate scenario that an item needs to be returned or exchanged, our policy is as follows:
- Custom orders: due to the nature of these orders, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom orders. However, if an error is made on our part, we will fix it immediately. If the error was not ours, we will not accept the return.
- All other items: we offer full refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please contact Momentum to notify us that you would like to make a return or exchange, including the item you wish to return and the reason why. We will contact you to set up a return or exchange. We will refund the original price, including postage. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We issue a refund once the returned item has been received by us. Therefore, we suggest the buyer arrange for delivery confirmation of the item.
Shipping
Standard shipping fees within the United States of America are $3.50 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item, up to approximately 6 or 7 items. Beyond that, there is a slight increase in charges for larger packaging.
USA:
All packages are sent USPS First Class mail (usual delivery time 4-6 business days), unless 2-Day Priority Shipping is chosen, in which case 2-day delivery is used for a higher fee.
Canada:
Please be aware that shipping rates to Canada start at $10 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
Shipping to Canada does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking numbers and requires anywhere from 10-21 business days for delivery. Please note: Canadian orders may not be rush ordered. IMPORTANT TAX/CUSTOMS Information: Buyer is responsible for any duties or additional taxes (such as VAT) that may be assessed at the border upon delivery.
International:
International shipping is available worldwide! Please be aware that shipping rates to all International addresses (other than Canada) start at $14 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
International shipping does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking numbers and requires anywhere from 10-21 business days for delivery. Please note: International orders may not be rush ordered. For custom pieces we stamp each character by hand, so please expect slight variances in the alignment and depth of the letters. These minor inconsistencies add to the artistic charm and uniqueness of your hand-stamped piece. As jewelry artists, we strive to make your one-of-a-kind piece beautiful!
