PRIVACY STATEMENT - TL;DR version

BECAUSE WE WOULD NEED FEWER LAWYERS IN THE WORLD IF WE WOULD JUST BE MORE EXCELLENT TO EACH OTHER

At Momentum, we're building something really cool, and we want the whole world to know about it. But we're online people just like you, and despise the thought of having our data bought and sold without our consent. En route to greatness together, we may have [very] rare occasions when we would like to drop you a line to say hi and/or to offer you a coupon. But we understand how it feels when you have too much email coming in, and don't want to be a pest. And we will strive to make the management of your contact preferences easy and intuitive, with no questions asked.
And while there is no such thing as perfectly secure data online, we follow best practices to ensure that the data we do store is secure.

In summary:

We will not sell your data
Spam sucks, and we refuse to be part of the problem
We will provide intuitive and fast ways to opt-in or -out of ongoing contact with us.
The best way for us to keep your data safe is to not keep very much of it (name, address, email). But even that data is kept firewalled and encrypted.
